Privacy Policy

HeadCode takes the privacy of your personal data seriously. We use similar services to store our private data too, and this policy represents a balance between maintaining your privacy and allowing us to continue to run the OurGroceries service.

1. We will never supply your email address to any third party except as may be required to comply with the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate.
2. We will never supply your mobile device identifier, IP address, or other similar information which could identify you personally to any third party for any reason, except: i) to our advertising partners (e.g. Admob) in the standard course of retrieving and displaying targeted advertisements to you, and ii) as may be required to comply with the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate.
3. We may provide summarized and anonymized grocery list data to third parties at our sole discretion.
4. We may occasionally inspect your grocery list data in order to improve the OurGroceries products and services at our sole discretion. Such information will not be disclosed to any third parties except as described in the other provisions of this privacy policy.
5. We may send you email from time to time, for example when we release new features or updates, and you will always have the opportunity to opt out from any future such communications.
6. If we need to change this privacy policy, we will notify you by email or within the OurGroceries software so that you may review the new terms and decide whether to continue using the software.
